Academy Admin

Affiliations are verified brand identities on Hajime, like "Gracie Barra", "Team Atos", or "Alliance". An affiliation represents the training brand an academy belongs to, and can span many academies across different organizations and regions.

As an academy owner on Hajime, you choose which affiliation brand your academy belongs to, and the brand chooses to accept you. Here's how joining, managing, and leaving an affiliation works.

How to create and configure an affiliation brand on Hajime, how brand verification works, and how to review incoming membership requests from academies.

How a minor gets registered for an event: a birth date, a parent or guardian on file, and the guardian's confirmed consent, which check-in waits for.

How academy owners and organization admins appoint a safeguarding officer and publish a safeguarding policy, and how reports are received, followed up, noted and closed in Hajime.

Run a club trophy in your league: which club gets the points, the rules and their defaults, club adjustments, and how to read the breakdown of a club's total.

Hajime collects registration fees directly through the platform, so you can offer online payment, pay-on-site, or a mix of both, without chasing spreadsheets or bank transfers by hand.

Fee templates let you define a standard pricing structure once at the academy level and reuse it across every event your academy organises, instead of configuring prices from scratch each time.
