GDPR Request Form
Use this form for access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and other privacy-related requests.
If you submit anonymously, include enough information to identify your account and monitor your email for follow-up questions.
Requests from guardians
If you are a guardian writing about a child, include the email address the child's records were declared with and, if you know them, the child's name and the event.
We answer within 30 days of receiving a request (Art. 12(3) GDPR, extendable where the law allows). The deadline is tracked for each request.
We may ask you to verify your identity before answering.
If you have an account, you can request a data export from your settings and delete your account there, unless you organize events that are neither completed nor cancelled. Download the export while you are signed in, before deleting.
Records we must keep to establish or defend legal claims are not deleted early: we answer with the date until which they are kept.
