Hajime is in an early bootstrap phase. Features, workflows, and terms may evolve as the product matures.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated with notice. Continued use after notice means acceptance of updated terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service, compromise security, or process data without appropriate authorization.

Service Availability

The service is provided as available during this phase, without production-grade SLA commitments.

Registration Payment Refunds

When online payment is enabled for an event, the event organizer acts as the Merchant of Record for registration fees. Hajime provides payment orchestration services and is not a party to the commercial transaction between the organizer and the athlete.

Refund eligibility, timelines, and conditions are determined solely by the event organizer. Athletes should contact the event organizer directly to request a refund. Hajime may facilitate the technical processing of refunds on behalf of the organizer but bears no liability for refund decisions.

Platform service fees charged by Hajime are non-refundable.
